Changing with the times.
This place doesn’t fit me anymore. And as much as I have tried tinkering with it in various ways, I know this isn’t the place for me that it used to be. As I have said many times, I was a dramatically different person when I started this blog in August, 2004. So much has changed in my life, from the inside out and from the ground up. My life is something new. It feels futile to try and make my old superficial structures try and fit my new life, so I’m moving on.
I have started a new blog to document and help sort out this new phase of my life. I’ll never stop writing and examining, because it is just too fundamental to who I am, but at this point in my life, I no longer need a giant audience. A quiet space for freedom of expression and contemplation suits my needs much better. Don’t bother looking for it; you won’t find it. You can email me and request the address, but most likely I won’t share it unless I truly trust you.
I have learned a lot about myself and about other people during the process of writing this blog, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.
